Account Deletion

1. Introduction
You can request full deletion of your Graillou account and associated personal data at any time.
Deletion is final and irreversible.
2. Deletion procedure
Send a deletion request by email to start the process.
Deletion contact email: contact@graillou.com
Please include:
- Subject - Account deletion request.
- Login identifier - the Google email address used to sign in to Graillou.
3. Processing timeline
Requests are processed within 30 days maximum from the date we receive your email.
4. Data deleted
When deletion is completed, we permanently erase:
- Email address - linked to your account.
- Display name - your account pseudonym.
- Saved restaurant lists - your To try and Done statuses.
- Account identifier - technical UUID linked to your profile.
5. Data retained after deletion
No personal data is retained after account deletion. The process is complete and irreversible.
Anonymized and aggregated usage metrics may remain for product improvement and cannot identify you.
6. Location data and clarifications
Location data is only processed in real time and is not stored permanently by Graillou.
We do not collect payment data, photos, or contact-book data.
